Try the Wings 'N More Party Room! Located just behind the Southwood Valley restaurant on Deacon, The Party Room is ideal for any occasion. From sporting events and birthdays, to rehearsal dinners and business meetings, The Party Room offers a private place to meet family and friends. Up to 100 people can be seated comfortably in a banquet-style setting with a buffet or full wait staff to accommodate your guests. Equipped with a big screen TV, DVD Player, VCR, CD changer, stereo system, projection screen, microphone, LCD projector and overhead projector, The Party Room is sure to make your celebration or meeting a success!

The Party Room is a low-cost option to restaurants and conference centers . And it's easy, too! Let our experienced staff take care of everything! Simply make your menu selections and we'll calculate the rest. We tailor our menu to fit your budget! All catering costs are applied to room rental rates, and your room deposit reserves your date and time. You will be given a price before your party begins, so no hidden costs or surprises are sprung on you at the last minute. You have the final word!

We also set up before your party and clean up the mess afterwards, so you can relax and have a great time!


The Party Room Event Companion: (online submission form coming soon)
Use this companion, along with the Menu Selection sheet, to plan your next event with us. We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your selected time and date and to provide you with an initial menu proposal.

There is a $250 refundable security deposit, along with a signed copy of the signature page from the rental agreement, required to book your event date and time. The security deposit may be paid via cash, check, or credit (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Diners). Utilizing The Event Companion does not automatically book your event time and date. We will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your information.
 



Initial Details:
The Wings 'N More Party Room can accommodate up to approximately 100 guests seated in a banquet style setting. A refundable security deposit of $250 reserves your date and time. Room rental rates:

Mon.-Thurs. 4pm-Midnight $100/hour (Min. 2 Hours)
Sat. 7am-4pm $100/hour (Min. 2 Hours)
Sun. 8am-Midnight $100/hour (Min. 2 Hours)
Fri. & Sat. 4pm-1am $100/hour (Min. $400)

If using Wings 'N More catering services, room rental fees apply toward your catering purchases. In essence, you are not charged for both room and food. The cleaning fee is $25 Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm, and $50 any other time. There is a $25 cleaning fee for Room Only rentals. Menu proposals are customized and presented on a selection preference basis. The Party Room is not a TABC liquor licensed facility. Customers are responsible for the purchase of their own wine, beer and/or hard liquor. Security deposits can be paid by cash, personal check, company check or cashier's check or major credit card. Room rental and catering service charges may be paid by cash, personal or company check, cashier's check or major credit card. Q:  Do I pay for both the room rental & the catering?
A:  No, you are not charged for both! When you order food through us, the amount of the catering applies to your rental charge.

 
Q:  Can I bring in my own food, like a birthday cake?
A:  Absolutely.

 
Q:  Do I purchase alcohol from you or can I bring in my own?
A:  Unlike the restaurants, we are a private facility and are not licensed to sell or to serve alcoholic beverages. Therefore, you can bring in your own alcohol or hire a company, like J.J.'s Package Stores, to deliver it for you.

 
Q:  How many people does The Party Room hold?
A:  The Party Room seats 100 people comfortably. Small groups are welcome, too!

 
Q:  Can I order food that is not on the Wings 'N More menu?
A:  Yes! Just let us know what you would like to serve and we will give you an estimate.

 
Q:  How can I make arrangements to decorate or rearrange the room?
A:  Simply call and set up an appointment. If you would like to decorate, but don't have the time, just let us know and we will take care of it for you for a small fee.

 
Q:  What audio/video equipment is available in the room?
A:  A big screen TV, DVD Player, VCR, surround-sound stereo receiver, five-disk CD player, microphone, overhead projector and projection screen are all available for your use at no extra charge. An LCD projector is available for an additional fee. We have satellite service for the TV, including extra sports and music stations.

 
Q:  Do I need to bring in plates & silverware, or are they provided?
A:  All plates, cups, silverware and serving utensils are included.

 
Q:  How do I book The Party Room for my next event?
A:  Call and check for available dates and times, then simply drop off a $250 deposit to secure your selected date. The deposit is fully refundable after the party.

 
Q:  How is the food typically served?
A:  Most of the time the food is served buffet-style; however, a full wait staff can be provided at a 15% gratuity charge.

 
Q:  Do I decide what is served?
A:  Sure! All you have to do is check off your choices on our Menu Selections Sheet, tell us how many people will be in attendance and we calculate the rest.

 
Q:  What if my head count changes?
A:  Call up to 48 hours before your party and we will re-calculate the bill.

 
Q:  Do you have tablecloths for the tables?
A:  Yes, we have white tablecloths for the tables. We have blue, maroon or red or green & white checked tablecloths for the buffet table.
